Amir Adnani

Co-Chairman & Founder
Amir Adnani is an entrepreneur and the founder and Co-Chairman of GoldMining Inc. (GLDG: NYSE American; GOLD: TSX), where he is directing the growth of a gold resources acquisition and development company with a sizeable portfolio of gold projects across the Americas. In 2020, GoldMining formed Gold Royalty Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary, and has assembled a core team led by former leaders of major gold producers and global banks.

Amir Adnani is the President, Chief Executive Officer, a director and a founder of Uranium Energy Corp (UEC: NYSE American). Under his leadership, the Company has developed into the largest diversified North American focused uranium company with low-cost, environmentally friendly in-situ recovery ("ISR") uranium projects in the United States and high-grade conventional projects in Canada. In the U.S., UEC controls the largest portfolio of fully permitted ISR projects, anchored by three operational processing plants in Wyoming and Texas. In Canada, UEC controls one of the largest portfolios of exploration and development holdings in the prolific Athabasca basin, including the world-class, 100% owned Roughrider Project.

Mr. Adnani serves on the World Nuclear Association board of management contributing to governance, policy and strategy development. Mr. Adnani has represented the industry in key world forums and has given a variety of presentations at prominent industry conferences organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency, World Nuclear Fuel Market and the Milken Institute. He is a frequent contributor to the business media, including CNBC, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Fox Business News.

Fortune magazine distinguished Mr. Adnani on their "40 Under 40, Ones to Watch" list of North American executives. He was selected as one of "Mining's Future Leaders" by Mining Journal, a UK-based global industry publication. He was also a nominee for Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" distinction. Mr. Adnani holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia and was a director of the university's Alumni Association from 2015 to 2021.

David Garofalo, Director, has significant merchant and investment banking experience and has held senior positions with Brasilinvest and Garofalo Group for the past 35 years. Brasilinvest is a strategic partner of GoldMining Inc. and is a leading merchant bank in Brazil having structured and manages a portfolio of projects and investments worth more than US$400 million. The Garnero Group has attracted direct investments of approximately US$400 million from different geographies through its various business interests, including energy, alternative energy, real estate, transportation, agriculture, information technology and telecommunications.

Gloria Ballesta

Lead Independent Director
Ms. Ballesta was paralegal for Uranium Energy Corp., a NYSE American listed company, from May 2010 to December 2012. Ms. Ballesta has experience working in North American, European and Latin American business environments and has direct experience working with Canadian listed public companies holding interests in Latin America. Ms. Ballesta has experience managing administrative and compliance procedures for spin-offs, take-overs and financings of various Canadian public companies. Ms. Ballesta holds an LLB (Hons.) degree in Law from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Spain and a Masters degree in Marketing and Business Management from ESIC School of Business in Spain.

Victoria Nelson Lewis brings over 25 years of experience in securities, corporate finance, and corporate governance, working with public companies across Canada, the United States, and South America. From 2001 to 2026, she served as Co-Owner and Vice President of Diversity, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at Goldcorp Inc., a leading gold mining company. During her tenure, she founded Creating Choices, a pioneering training, development, and mentoring program for women in the mining industry, advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.Victoria currently serves on the boards of Regulus Resources Inc. and Gunpoint Exploration Ltd., and is a director of the Center for Diversity and Inclusion, a nonprofit organization with operations in Canada, the U.S., and Spain. She holds several professional designations, including Accredited Director from the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (2015), U.S. Certified Inclusion Professional with CCDI (2016), and a Global Competent Boards Designation from Competent Boards (2019, 2021, 2024).

Mr. Kong is a Chartered Professional Accountant, (CPA, CA). From 1981 to 2004, he was a partner at Ellis Foster Chartered Accountants. Mr. Kong was also a partner of Ernst & Young from 2005 to 2010. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). Currently Mr. Kong is a director of Silvercorp Metals Inc., New Pacific Metals Corp. and Uranium Energy Corp.
